This page explains what information Fit with Kat collects when you use this website, why, and what you can do about it. If anything here is unclear, message me directly and I will explain in plain terms.

What I collect

  • When you book a free consultation, your name, email address, and anything you choose to write in the "help me prepare" field.
  • When you join a waiting list, your email address.
  • When you sign up to a free challenge or to my emails, your name and email address.
  • If you message me directly via WhatsApp, whatever you send me there.
  • Basic, anonymous website usage data (which pages are visited), used only to understand what people find useful.

Why I collect it

Only to do what you actually asked for: confirm a booking, let you know when a workshop is ready, answer a question you sent, or send you the emails you signed up for. I do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone for their own marketing.

Where it is stored

Booking and waiting-list details are stored in my client management system, and consultation bookings are also handled through Calendly. Both are established platforms with their own security practices. I keep your information only for as long as it is genuinely useful, for example to follow up on an enquiry or run your coaching programme.

Your rights

You can ask me at any time to tell you what information I hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Message me directly and I will action it promptly. If you have joined a waiting list or mailing list, every message includes a way to opt out.

Cookies

This site uses only essential, anonymous analytics to understand how it is used. It does not use tracking cookies to follow you across other websites or serve you targeted advertising.
